PHONE CRADLES
The range includes Universal X-Grip Phone Cradle options, a Small X-Grip Pack, a Universal X-Grip Large Phone Phablet Cradle and an X-Grip Large Kit. Match the holder to the phone with its case fitted. Do not rely on the phone's screen size alone.
TABLET MOUNTS
Tab-Tite holders cover several tablet and case combinations, including selected Apple iPad and Panasonic Toughpad applications. A tablet mount must match the device dimensions and case configuration stated in the individual product listing.
BASES AND SOCKET ARMS
Available components include short and long double socket arms, a round drill base, a diamond base, suction cup bases, a threaded-post ball and a handlebar U-bolt base. Match every component by its named ball size before ordering.
GOPRO AND CAMERA MOUNTS

SPECIALIST MOUNTING OPTIONS
The collection includes a No-Drill Vehicle Mount, Seat Tough-Wedge, Small Tough-Claw and Twist-Lock Suction Cup Base with Ball. These provide alternatives where a drilled dashboard base is not the preferred approach. Suitability still depends on the vehicle, surface and intended device.
WHY MOUNT SELECTION MATTERS IN A 4WD
A 4WD cabin can expose a device mount to sustained vibration, heat and movement. Device weight, arm length and base position all affect stability. Keep the socket arm as short as practical while maintaining a clear view and access to the controls. Confirm that the selected surface can support the mount and device before drilling or clamping anything in place.
The mounting position matters as much as the holder. Avoid locations that block vision, restrict vehicle controls or sit within an airbag deployment area. Check the vehicle information and applicable state requirements if there is any doubt about placement.
CHOOSE BY USE CASE
For a daily-use phone, begin with the Universal X-Grip Phone Cradle and select a compatible arm and base. Larger phones or bulky cases may require the large cradle. Confirm actual device and case dimensions against the product listing.
For navigation or work applications using a tablet, choose the Tab-Tite tablet mount listed for the relevant device and case. The larger screen creates different positioning and support requirements, so plan the base location and arm reach before ordering.
For several devices, plan the complete cabin layout first. Separate mounting points can provide clearer positioning than crowding several devices into one area. Consider sight lines, control access and cable paths together.
For portable installations, review the suction, Tough-Claw and No-Drill options. For permanent installations, assess the available drill bases and the structure behind the mounting surface.
BUILDING A COMPLETE RAM MOUNT SYSTEM
A typical setup combines a holder or adapter, socket arm and base. A ball mount base and device-side ball must match the socket arm size. Product names such as Short Double Socket Arm, Long Length Double Socket Arm, Ram Diamond Base and Round Drill Base help identify each component, but the listing should be checked for exact compatibility and included hardware.

DEVICE POWER AND CAMERA POSITIONING
A mount holds the device but does not automatically provide power. Plan the charging cable before fixing the base so the cable does not pull on the device, cross controls or hang loosely across the cabin. Fixed power routing should suit the vehicle's electrical system and the intended installation.
