- Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing: Verifies axle strength and maximum load capacity.
- Brake Testing: Conducted laden, unladen, and under partial system failure to comply with ADR35/00.
- ESC Testing: If required, ensures the electronic stability control system remains equal to or better than OEM performance.

Approval pathway depends on registration status:
- Federal Approval: For new vehicles prior to first registration; includes an additional compliance plate.
